These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, application, and services ("Services") provided by:

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using GrantOS™, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date above.

2. Description of Services

GrantOS™ is an intelligent grant operating system that helps users discover the right opportunities, understand exactly what's required, create high-quality applications, and manage the entire grant process — from start to submission and beyond — all in one place.

GrantOS™ is built for entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders, and small business owners at every stage — whether they are new to grants or actively applying — who want a smarter, more structured, and more efficient way to secure funding.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for 12 months.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, code, software, graphics, logos, and materials within the Services are owned by Elite Elevation Group or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without written permission
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
  • Use our trademarks or branding without express written consent
  • Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Services using automated tools

5. User-Generated Content

If our Services allow you to submit, upload, or share content ("User Content"), you retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant Elite Elevation Group a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights and complies with all applicable laws.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

  • AI-generated content is provided for informational and assistive purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.
  • Elite Elevation Group makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content for any specific grant application or funding opportunity.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and validating all content before submission to any grantor, funding body, or third party.
  • Grant eligibility, requirements, and availability are subject to change without notice and are beyond our control. Elite Elevation Group does not guarantee that any opportunity surfaced through GrantOS™ is current, active, or applicable to your organization.
  • No guarantee of funding is made, expressed, or implied. Use of GrantOS™ does not ensure, promise, or suggest that you will receive any grant, award, or funding of any kind.

Elite Elevation Group shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or consequences arising from reliance on AI-generated content or from any grant application submitted using our Services.

7. Third-Party Services and Integrations

  • Third-Party Services are not owned or controlled by Elite Elevation Group, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, performance, or data practices.
  • Downtime, errors, or changes to Third-Party Services may affect the availability or functionality of GrantOS™. Elite Elevation Group shall not be liable for any interruption or degradation of Services caused by third-party providers.
  • Your use of certain features may be subject to the separate terms of service and privacy policies of applicable Third-Party Services. It is your responsibility to review and comply with those terms.
  • Elite Elevation Group does not endorse any Third-Party Service and makes no warranties regarding their performance or reliability.

8. Payment Terms & Refund Policy

Pricing: Individual accounts are $49/month. Team accounts are $99/month. Additional team members can be added for $19/month per user.

Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day refund window from the date of purchase. To request a refund, contact us at info@eliteelevationgroup.net with your order details. Refunds are not available after 30 days, or for digital downloads or completed services.

9. Prohibited Conduct

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Harass, threaten, or harm any individual
  • Transmit spam, malware, or unauthorized advertising
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account
  • Use the platform for illegal purposes or to facilitate illegal activity
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
  • Submit, generate, or assist in preparing fraudulent, misleading, or materially false grant applications or supporting documentation
  • Misrepresent your organizational status, eligibility, or financials to grantors, funding bodies, or within the platform
  • Use AI-generated content from GrantOS™ to deceive any grantor, government agency, or third party

10. Grant Outcomes and Results Disclaimer

  • The likelihood or probability of receiving any grant funding
  • The quality, competitiveness, or outcome of any application prepared using our Services
  • The continued availability of any grant opportunity surfaced within the platform
  • The decisions or actions of any grantor, foundation, agency, or funding body

Any examples of successful grant outcomes referenced in our marketing or platform materials are illustrative only and are not a guarantee of similar results. Individual outcomes will vary based on factors outside our control.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ELITE ELEVATION GROUP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Applying through GrantOS™ does not guarantee funding, approval, or any particular outcome.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ELITE ELEVATION GROUP AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

13. Privacy & Data Collection

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at grantosai.com/privacy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Data Retention and Deletion

Elite Elevation Group retains user data, including account information, uploaded documents, and grant application content, for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide our Services.

Upon account termination or upon written request, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law or for legitimate business purposes such as dispute resolution or fraud prevention.

To request deletion of your data, contact us at info@eliteelevationgroup.net with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."

Users located in jurisdictions with applicable data protection laws (including but not limited to the California Consumer Privacy Act) may have additional rights regarding their personal data. Please contact us to exercise those rights.

15. Cookie Policy

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your experience. By using our Services, you consent to our use of cookies as described in our Cookie Policy. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may limit certain features of the Services.

If you are running advertising or retargeting campaigns, your use of our Services acknowledges that we may use tracking technologies for advertising purposes.

16. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, and governing law) shall survive.

17. Force Majeure

Elite Elevation Group shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, war, civil unrest, government action, internet or telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, or disruptions to third-party service providers. In such events, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure condition.

18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Duluth, GA under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Elite Elevation Group.

19. Accessibility
